- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There are some good aspects to this surgery mainly Dr Place! But I had an appalling experience today with the advanced nurse practitioner her lack of empathy and people skills were shocking. I can not imagine the consequence if it had taken someone courage and deliberation to get to their appointment and then to be faced with such an unprofessional and unforgiving attitude. I personally find the reception staff very helpful and friendly but they need to reconsider their locum staff and ensure they speak to patients in an appropriate manner. Having suffered with my symptoms for the past three weeks I certainly wasn't going on a wim and I had to take time out of work to go, however I was still made to feel like a complete incompetent patient and an inconvenience to her!
